PLAIN WEAVE MESH
In this type of weave every weft wire passes over and under each warp wire. Normally the number of warp and weft wires are same and the diameter of both wires is also same. The wires cross at 90 degrees to produce accurate squares. With stability and strength, meshes of perfect apertures can be produced by this pattern of weave.

PLAIN DUTCH WEAVE MESH
Dutch weave or Hollander weave wire mesh is produced by weaving two different wire diameters. The thicker diameter wires are used for warp wires and are less in number. The thinner diameter wires are used for weft wires and are more in numbers. This weave enables to weave maximum number of weft wires tightly together to produce a very strong mesh with fine apertures.

TWILL WEAVE MESH
In this type of weave, weft wire passes over and under two warp wires. This gives a diagonal appearance to the mesh. The number of warp and weft wires are same and the diameter of both side wires are also same. But due to this pattern almost double the number of wires can be woven than the plain weave. This weave enables use of thicker wires for weaving higher mesh count resulting in a stronger mesh.

TWILL DUTCH WEAVE MESH
Twill Dutch Weave is a combination of Twill and Dutch Weave. The warp wires are thicker and less in number than the weft wires. Whereas weft wires are thinner and more in number. Due to twill pattern it is possible to weave almost double number of wires than plain dutch weave. This gives a very tight, strong and mesh till fine micron size with smooth surface.

HERRINGBONE TWILL MESH
Herringbone twill is a very special type of twill weave in which the weft wires are woven in twill pattern but the direction of weave is reversed at regular interval. This produces a zig-zag type design. The mesh produced in this weave is very stable, stiff and strong. Due to its attractive design it is popular for decoration purposes also.
